Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 9:00 AM ET typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM ET Monday – Thursday ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday after 9:00 AM ET, Saturday, or Sunday ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Carriers & Delivery


We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx using ORM-D ground service (required for pepper spray and similar products) with delivery confirmation. Transit times usually range from 3–7 business days depending on your location, but can take up to 10 business days during peak periods or holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
  • Pepper spray is shipped in compliance with all federal regulations (ORM-D). Some states or locations may have additional restrictions.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for pepper spray orders.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused items in original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used pepper spray cannot be returned for safety and legal reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first at support@policemagnum.com (mailto:support@policemagnum.com) or through our Contact Us page.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an authorization.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or model (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange.

No. For safety and legal reasons, opened or used pepper spray cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel or modify it.
What states have restrictions on pepper spray?
Pepper spray is legal in all 50 states, but some states have size or age restrictions. We comply with all applicable laws when shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange for a different product (subject to availability and product is still in new/unopened condition).
